Here’s a project that blurred the lines between celebrity branding and science fiction. Sophia the Robot has made appearances in magazines, on talk shows, and even as an ambassador to the United Nations. Her creators at Hanson Robotics saw her potential, not only as a real-world personality but as a character in her own speculative universe. In developing her brand identity with StyleWorks Creative, I had a chance to define the Sophia brand and condense the overarching narrative of her brand story.
